“Terrible experience, we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. We were put in a room that was basically a loft, huge opening in the wall (12ft x5ft) that over looked the living room. Not a closed 2nd bedroom, no privacy, no air circulation, no fan, no windows to open. Asked for another room. Was told no, we’re booked and short staffed so can’t move you. The room was so old and dingy. The kitchen cabinets had chipped paint, falling off, old and dirty. Staff was horrendous and not at all helpful asked for...

“I am a single mom, traveling alone with a dog and a 9-year-old. I felt safe and welcomed. It was an extra bonus that the skatepark, rec center and dog friendly restaurants were within walking distance. We loved the atmosphere, community and the amenities. We will absolutely be back!”

“I loved staying at this place. It had a great view of the drone show. But more importantly the staff was incredibly helpful!! And my room was huge and very clean! I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Breckenridge that wants to stay a little away from the action. Loved it!”

“This is the 2nd time my family has chosen this hotel for our summer vacation. The pull-out couch comfortably slept two extra people. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. The room had two full-size bathrooms, which is a plus for families hustling to all get ready at the same time. However… I wish the hotel would have let us known prior to booking that there is a huge construction project on the property adjacent. As long as you are up and out by 7:00am, it will be no problem. “We loved the 3 bedroom townhouse! It was perfect for 6 adults. We also enjoyed the convenience of walking into town for the 4th of July parade and restaurants.”

“I wanted to love it, but it was just okay. Hotel, staff, and room were great. However, the pool was offline Feb 2026 - August 2026 for renovations (replacing a filter). This was disappointing as we were traveling with kids, and we were all looking forward to swimming. It wasn’t indicated that the pool would be closed when booking.
